Our Starfish Reward Programme has been specially designed to make swimming lessons fun, motivating and confidence-building for every child.

Rather than traditional badges and certificates, swimmers work their way through our very own Starfish levels, earning a sticker each term as they progress through new skills, confidence milestones and water safety achievements.

From Starfish 1 all the way to Starfish 10, children are encouraged to learn at their own pace in a positive, supportive environment. Our programme focuses on:

• Water confidence

• Swimming technique

• Independence

• Listening skills

• Safety in and around the water

• Emotional confidence in lessons

Each child receives their own reward chart to proudly track their progress and celebrate every achievement along the way. Watching their chart fill up with colourful Starfish stickers creates excitement, motivation and a real sense of accomplishment after every term.
